This Policy applies to all students registering for SmartThink training programs in the USA, Europe, or Ghana.
Students may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days of payment and registration, provided enrollment has not commenced.
After seven (7) days from payment and registration, all fees become strictly non-refundable, regardless of attendance, withdrawal, or non-participation.
Students must accept this Policy prior to payment and registration and prior to enrollment confirmation.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal recovery actions.
This Policy shall be governed by the applicable jurisdiction of enrollment.
